From a familiar everyday espresso to a distinctive specialty coffee, discover the coffee that suits your taste.
Coffee is everywhere.
Truly exceptional coffee is not.
Via Nova was founded on the belief that outstanding coffee does not need to be complicated.
No endless choice and no unnecessary complexity. Just carefully selected Brazilian coffee, clear flavour profiles and a level of quality you can experience every day.
Our collection consists of two ranges: Foundation and Elevation. Each has its own identity, while sharing the same Via Nova standard for quality, flavour and experience.
Via Nova
Foundation
Balanced. Approachable. Familiar.
Foundation forms the heart of our collection.
Carefully selected Brazilian coffee with a smooth body, natural sweetness and familiar notes of chocolate and nuts.
Choose City Roast for a lighter and more refined cup, or Full City Roast when you prefer more body, warmth and intensity.
A versatile coffee designed for every moment of the day.
Via Nova
Elevation
More character. More refinement. More to discover.
Elevation reveals a different side of Brazilian coffee.
This range is created for coffee drinkers who want to explore beyond the classic flavour profile and discover more fruit, complexity and refinement.
Elevation Bright is lively and expressive, with fruity notes, citrus and refined acidity.
Elevation Silk is elegant and silky smooth. A distinctive Brazilian microlot with anaerobic fermentation, natural sweetness and notes of yellow fruit.
Two exceptional coffees. Each with a character entirely of its own.
